The Brief
Managing agents brought Prime in to refresh a tired residential block ahead of a service charge review. We decorated all communal stairwells, corridors and external walkways, replaced worn fire door signage, and repainted entrance doors, working floor by floor with clear resident notices issued in advance of every phase.
